About Us

MJP Property Group acquires, owns and operates multifamily apartment buildings in promising areas in order to provide otherwise unobtainable real estate investments with reduced risk to our clients. Through the aggregation of investor capital, we reposition underperforming assets, enhancing the lives of residents and investors by revitalizing and elevating multifamily communities.
Our business model takes advantage of opportunities to increase returns by utilizing fresh capital to eliminate deferred maintenance and bring creative, modernized touches to the property.  We improve management and collections, negotiate better vendor contracts, work with city officials to energize the surrounding community and ultimately improve the overall environment for our residents.
